ORDERS + SHIPMENTS
*Delivery is between 2-14 business days depending on inventory*
We use FedEx for our shipments. Â All fees are calculated during online checkout (with exception to some custom orders). FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a residential or commercial address. For rush shipments, email info@scosha.com Your purchase will be packed in a SCOSHA jewelry pouch, a box if needed, and padded envelope. For international shipments, please make note of your country's customs policy, as all goods will be marked at their actual value, therefor duties and taxes may result and will will not be covered by Scosha w LLC.
EXCHANGE
SCOSHA carefully inspects all items before they leave the studio. We allow a 30-day exchange for unworn items. Flawed pieces must be sent to the studio within 10 business days of reception. All messages can be sent to info@scosha.com prior to shipment back to our studio. We will send you a replacement once Bear in mind that organic materials experience normal wear and tear and that linen/leather pieces may stretch up to 1/2 inch.
- Fees WILL apply to items ordered in the wrong size.
- If you wish to exchange for an item of a different price, any price differences will be credited to customer's next purchase.
- We do NOT exchange custom-made pieces.
- When shipping to the studio, please ship via FedEx or UPS. SCOSHA will not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
